Cookie Butter Pumpkin Pie Dip

For the most part we try to stay away from processed snack foods. You rarely will ever see a package of Oreo cookies in my cupboards, there are no secret stashes of candy, or other junk food. Though every once in awhile I will buy a jar of Biscoff Spread aka, Cookie Butter.

Cookie Butter and I have a love hate relationship. I really hate that I love it so much. I really can't have it in the house. As I have said many times before on here... I wake up in the middle of the night just to eat scoops of it. I will polish off an entire jar in two days all on my own.

Cookie butter just so happens to pair quite well with pumpkin. The cinnamon and rich brown sugar flavors paired with pumpkin remind me of pie. This dip is fun. You can dip Biscoff Cookies in it, grahams, apples, pretzels, the list really is endless.

This dip may be super tasty, however it is not healthy, in fact it is made of highly processed ingredients. This is one of those things I will let the kids enjoy with me on a rare occasion. So when you want a quick fun treat to share with the kids, this is your dip!

    1. You can buy it on Amazon if your stores do not carry it. Most of the grocery stores I go to have it in the peanut butter isle.

    2. Trader Joe's makes their own version as well if you have a location by you.

    3. Most grocery stores have it next to the peanut butter. HEB has their own brand that is much better than the brand name. Google Specaloos Cookie Butter & Pumpkin Dip. 4 ingredients and much tastier and less sugar than this one.

  2. I've seen it at Trader Joe's, their brand, but I've never seen Biscoff's.

  3. Cookie Butter and Nutella - two things I cannot have in the house. That being said, I might grab some if I was entertaining and Halloween seems like the perfect (excuse) um...time! Thanks for this delicious recipe!

  4. WOW!!! It looks gorgeous, Carrie, and I can just imagine how flavourful this is. It's definitely a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of treat because if I had this lying around, I'd be eating it all the time!

  5. This sounds so good. I love cookie butter, and always have some pumpkin leftover that needs to be used, and this sounds like a perfect way to me.

  7. I have been afraid to try biscoff/cookie butter. I know I'd love it, and I can't even pretend it's healthy. But this is a recipe which I may need to try....
