Slow Cooker Corona and Lime Shredded Mexican Chicken



Another easy crock pot recipe to add to your Mexican Dishes. Mexican shredded chicken is awesome to always have on hand for a quick meal, I throw it into almost every Mexican meal we make!





Ingredients:
1 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bottles of Corona (or other Mexican beer)
2 jalapeno peppers sliced
1/2 tbs of cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbs of minced garlic
2 limes juiced 
1/2 tsp lime zest
1 tsp salt


Directions:

Toss everything in the crock pot, set it on low for 6 hours.

Remove just the chicken from the pot, in a medium bowl shred with a fork.

Add to your favorite Mexican dishes!
