Spicy Cheesy Sausage Dip.... Game Day Post
This is not my recipe.... This is a dip that is served at every event on my side of the family. Normally it's made by my Aunt Lisa who normally uses venison in it.... My Uncle John is a very good hunter and they eat and cook allot of venison or moose meat.
You can make this with pork sausage as well.... Which is what I normally do. You can throw it in a crock pot afterwards and keep it on low during the game or pack it up and bring it to your pot lucks!
Spicy Cheesy Sausage Dip
18 oz of Velveeta cheese
1 lb of Italian sausage (venison sausage or pork)
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes (Tex Mex Tomatoes)
Fry sausage on med/high until it is browned and has broken up into small pieces. Add in your can of tomatoes, stir in Velveeta. When everything is blended and its creamy....
