And what goes better with cranberries better than white chocolate?!?!?!
I served these with a big mug of my white hot chocolate... it was the best way to start a cold morning!
Cranberry White Chocolate Scones

1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbs baking powder

1/2 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1/3 cup white chocolate chunks/chips
Raw sugar for dusting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 sugar together. Slice butter into tbs slices. Cut into the flour mixture until it is pea sized. Add in buttermilk and egg. Mix in craisins and chocolate. After everything starts to form a dough, kneed about 30 seconds.
Turn out on floured surface
Form a 1/2 inch think circle with your dough cut into 8 wedges. Separate and place on a lined cookie sheet. Dust with raw sugar.
Bake for 13-16 minutes.
