So you've made a pie.... and you are left with the trimmings and extra dough. DON'T throw them out!
Pastry Dough Cookies
Extra pie crust dough
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
Roll your extra dough into an oval or rectangular shape.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll into a log.
Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes till crispy and golden brown.
